When you are living with someone with Mental Illness the thought of entertaining family or friends can feel over whelming and very stressful, especially if they are due to stay.

Patient conversation can be like peeling an onion, you may have to go layer by layer and yes sometimes there maybe tears.
It can be worth coming back to the beginning in order to reconnect and move forward, together.
What I am hoping for is that we harness Social Media as a power for good, that we use it to change and improve lives, to bring people together and share our truth, rather than a façade to hide our truth.
